Annual Picnic

Join us for the Skagit Land Trust Annual Picnic Celebration!

Join us at Deception Pass State Park’s Bowman Bay ADA Picnic Shelter for our Annual Picnic. This is a great opportunity to mingle with friends and for us to say thank you to our members, volunteers, and partners. We’ll also share information about the new Tursi Trail nearby. The Trust will provide the main dish and guests with last names A - K are encouraged to bring a side dish and L - Z a dessert to share.  Contact marthaf@skagitlandtrust.org if you have questions. 

Directions: Directions: Bowman Bay is on Fidalgo Island. From Highway 20 southbound to Oak Harbor, turn right on Rosario Road then next left onto Bowman Bay Road. From the parking lot, head north along the trail towards the CCC building, then turn sharp right and head into the trees to the ADA Picnic Shelter. Note: you will need a Discover Pass to park at the State Park. ADA drop-off near site, park in main lot. Parking is limited, please consider carpooling.  

Carpool option: Meet at the March Point Park & Ride (map) at 8147 S March Point Rd, Anacortes, WA 98221at 10:45am to self-organize into carpools.  Meet in the NE corner to find others traveling to Bowman Bay.
