ABOUT THIS EVENT: Grab your tickets now for “Life in the Wild” — a special, in-person speaker talk and visual presentation by wildlife ecologist, podcaster, and filmmaker Chris Morgan. The event will take place at the Mount Vernon Library on October 3rd from 4pm-6:30pm.
Chris will share stunning stories, photographs, and film from a life spent among bears and other wild creatures — leaving audiences inspired, entertained, and hopeful about what we can do together for people and planet.
This event is free* for the public thanks to the following fiscal sponsors: the City of Mount Vernon, North Cascades Institute, Skagit Fisheries Enhancement Group, Skagit Audubon, Skagit Land Trust, and Washington Native Plant Society — Salal Chapter.
*Although the event is free, we do suggest a sliding scale contribution of $10-$20 per person if you have the means. There will also be an option to donate cash (or online through a QR code) at the event, if you prefer.
