Celebrate Earth Day with Skagit Land Trust at Utopia Conservation Area! Volunteers and staff will work together to remove invasive species in previous years plantings and along walking paths. Please stay after for a walk to the Wild & Scenic Skagit River!
What to Expect: Skagit Land Trust staff will welcome the group at Utopia Conservation Area, volunteers will then walk up to 1/3 of a mile across the property to an identified blackberry removal site. Himalayan blackberry has thorns and removing it involves bending, digging, and cutting.
